Kai XU, born in Badong, China. In 2017, he moved to Paris to continue his studies and has lived there since. His films, in a queer utopian vision, explore erotic sensation, the construction of daily life, and the mysticism of the non-human. As a natural extension of his cinematography, his artistic activities are also embodied in writing and sound design.
